    Due to the fact that some tickets are completely useless and don't give enough information on what is wrong, we created this guide.

    Whats a ticket and how do I create one?
    A ticket is something you can open ingame when you need some help. You can easily do that with /ticket [your problem].

    When we open that ticket, we get moved to the location you created it, so if it is location specific, make it at the correct place.

    When we close you ticket, we always give a reason like:
    -Player banned
    -Player warned
    -He is not hacking
    -Fire given
    And many more.

    Your open tickets:
    You can see which tickets are still open by using the command /ticket list

    Creating a correct ticket:
    A lot of people create a ticket with just a name.
    We can't do anything with this information. What did nobody4life do? Hacking? Advertising? Spamming?
    It's better to do it like this: /ticket nobody4life is hacking.
    Then we know what he is doing and how we have to check him/her.

    Tickets are also not meant to use for communication, having a conversation, with a staffmember.

    In case of spamming/ swearing. It is always easier for us if you give a time with it.
    And if you report what you think is a hacker, make sure he is and don't create a rageticket due to the fact you are bad at pvp.

    Also, the abuse of the ticket system might even resolve into a temporarily ban.
